Buy/Sell CPA Accounts?

I saw a thread while browsing of someone selling EPN accounts, I have got a few at the moment and wanted to know if this was within the rules, I looked at the BST rules and could not find any rules about it.

Also, does anyone know the rules on cookie stuffing related products?

Please don't flame me, I'm asking so I don't get into trouble

Both would probably be a bad idea considering most networks read this board. Especially the CPA networks.

Cookie stuffing software (historically) has ended in bannings. As in:

I personally don't care about it as a topic of conversation, but as a product? ehhh.

Selling aff accounts is also a no go. Though I don't care too much about EPN. But whatever. Your enforcement will vary by moderator.
