For those of you that are doing media buys have you ever considered or simply bought the site if you are finding some long term success? If you can get a good price from the owner I would imagine it would be a good investment.

I was thinking this, after you get going in this business and have enough cash for your monthly cash flow there isn't much leveraging that is done. The key to growing any business is simply finding as many profitable things to spend money on as possible and if you borrow the money at a lower rate than there is your profit.

I was thinking in the future if I was buying ad space on the same website over an over again and it's not something that is to much to maintain it would be a good buying opportunity and to use some leverage with a bank loan when you buy the thing.

Does anyone else have this as a part of there business plan? Have you thought about it before?

I think it all depends on what you can handle. For me this idea is exactly what I am doing. My reasons are that I do not have the time to watch campaigns as closely as I should therefore ppc and media buying are non-existent. By controlling a high traffic website I do not have the worry of a failing campaign as I can adjust and test at my leisure.
