Can anyone point me to the blog post re: optimizing p202 re: table character legnth?

IIRC I saw a post regarding changing something from the default length of 25 characters to 200 or 400 in order to optimize p202.

was complete w/ sql queries to run.

Can anyone point me to this? I've been searching and coming up blank for half and hour.
