REVIEW:

I got 300 comments and that's what he delivered, though about a third are still awaiting moderation. I will assume that only a tiny amount of those will get approved, and a bunch of the comments that were left will sooner or later get defeated, so the total number of comments I got was 150-200.

The quality of the comments is not great, it's just compliments, not comments related to the blog.

Also, a bunch of comments are nofollow. I don't mind that, I don't think it makes a huge difference, but it is what it is and some people do care about that.

It's not a bad service, but you can get far more comments for this price, though you won't get as many high-PR links like you would here if you just blasted the internet using scrapebox.
