Is it tracking them right today ? I know it's not real time, but my aff link do get some of them and I still can't see them at all for new product I decided to promote and it's like 7 hours already .... anyone else in same boat ?

Yea, clickbank tends to lag behind on their tracking. I suggest you set up your own tracking and not rely on clickbanks so much as far as tracking goes.

I've tried clickbank offers where they've just been outright declning all the CCs for the UK - no idea what was up.

clickbank tracking isnt really real time, its always delayed by atleast 30 mins to an hour. They have horrible tracking anyway
