Cloaking IQ quiz?

You use some kind of script to act as gateway. You ship the resulting click through to a type of page that makes sense for you ad, but will allow your ad to be approved.
You then, after approval, switch the link on the script to the actually offer.
Profit.

does it really come down to IQ quizzes and horoscopes for ads on FB? I mean I'm trying to get an ad even up on FB but have been shot down everytime (some ads were for singlesnet, berriez, etc before i knew the tos)
I don't know how you guys can sustainably run IQ on FB. I make an ad, and for the first day I'm banking, then it's down to 0.02 EPC.
I thought email submits scrubbed bad, but mobile takes the cake.

its not just scrubbing.
- Same user taking the quiz multiple times cause the ad looks different.
- Some of you aren't even checking the offer to see how many carriers it supports.... Fewer carriers = less conversions.
I'm just sayin.
