Clone of Technorati?

Anyone know if there are any open source and/or free scripts that do this? I'm also open to ~<$100 if needed. Just basically a script to find new feed's on it's own (aka a post links to another site that has a feed) and index's that feed as well, etc.

Any ideas?

Alerts finds new feeds on its own based on predefined keywords and can parse all the resulting information to a separate feed. Doesnt that do what you want? Or do you want a "scrape everything" technorati style? I assume that it is more realistic to go for a tight bunch of keywords. Keep in mind that the results are quite a lot for general single keywords...

Then scrape that secondary feed to a sploggy.

The main thing I wanted was to find unique feeds so I can find some places to drop links all at once (aka link blast)
