Hello:
I am about to start letting my users to provide me with their email addresses.
I could just go ahead and write a registration form, and let the email addresses list to go into a database of a file.
But I would much rather have the service provider that would eventually send my newsletters to provide a registration page and everything.
Can someone please recommend such provider?

2) Privacy Policy ( I guess )
3) Actual Email send, CAN-SPAM taken care off and all that
