Just finished this up -- very interesting stuff for people working on building out a brand/community for a given site or cluster of sites. The study basically looks at top brands in the US and what they do in the way of user/customer/reader engagement, communities etc. what strategies have worked and what those strategies seem to have in common, what mistakes are being made (as evidenced by dead or deranged communities) and more.
