Hello I'm new and I have a question. Do I get commissions on taxes and shipping with the product? I joined CJ and Google, and I joined a few programs that pay a 5-10% commission on items sold. Does that mean I get the commission on the final sale including the taxes and shipping or just the product?

That's not the case, though I've seen merchants screw up (or more properly, not have any technical skill) and configure the value to be passed to the CJ pixel as the total value, rather than the subtotal before shipping & tax.
Basically, any program with any decent volume won't do this, though you might find a program doing next to no volume screwing up.
