1. Do I have to do anything?
2. Do I get paid to do it in cash money and not equity or earnings?

1) Yes you need to research categories to add for this niche, post interesting articles/threads, remove spam threads and users, come up with inovative ways to increase traffic at a low cost. Marketing knowledge preferable.

2) Cash is negotiable an option depending on experience but would rather form a partnership and spend solely on increasing members.
