Yeah I can save you some money. Sign up to 7search, Miva, Looksmart, AdKnowledge (expensive), and some other 2nd tier ppc plaforms. Find some CPA offers, do your demographic research by visiting quantcast, and google adplanner.
Find out who visits the offer sites and create text ads and banner ads based on the audience demos. Market to them in your ad text. Also you can use Adbrite and other media buying platforms to find sites with a decent amount of traffic that have the same or very similar demographic profile.
For example if you are promoting a game download (mostly males, less affluent, 14-25 years old, etc,) buy the top banner space on a gaming site, etc. Or you can run a PPC ad on 7search for 5 cents a click targeting broad gaming keywords.

Do not bother with the CPA thing if you cant afford to lose some money up front.

You will learn some new stuff if you are a newbie to the cpa game, but nothing he teaches is anything new or revolutionary. There is some good info that is available for free here and in other forums that will give you all you need to learn about the CPA Game.
He will let you in his CPA network, the conversion exchange, which is really a joke. I tried for weeks to get some support from there and it is ridiculous.
I don't spend money on anything like that anymore. It always shows up for free eventually.
If you are dead set on it, I can tell you will learn stuff, and it is all good information, and well put together. But if you are broke, just troll up the forums and copy and paste into notepad what you find, create your own Ebook, put it on clickbank, and rake in millions for years to come. :arcadefreak:
