Content Adword masked redirects

I am having problems with Google getting Google to approve my content adword ad because of an "Inaccurate display ad".

I own website url is included in both the display and destination fields. The domain is setup as a masked redirect with my affiliate id to the merchants web site.

I have been told that this can be done with googles approval. So far no success for me.

Any ideas?
