This was a part of my old review to this service

The order was a little late but again he offered 2 free article to make his client happy. That's an excellent customer service and also he was never late in answering my questions or giving updates on the work progress

It has been 2 weeks now and he didn't deliver the articles, I pmed several times asking if he will complete these articles or not and his reply was always "I will deliver the articles in a day or 2, My blood pressure is high now and I can't do the work"

So to update my review the customer service is rubbish

First and foremost, you didn't pay anything for the articles, and

if you were so keen on getting them done FAST, you could have ordered it from someone else.

I don't ask for freebies, I always pay the writers time to work their job, and so far Cshark has delivered. He keeps me updated via Skype about my order and if there's any doubt, he ask me specifically how I want my articles to be done.

Don't expect to get "top priority" just because he gives you a free review copy. You get what you pay for, and be glad of it.
