so i started a campaign the other day before getting in the shower. when i got out i had 31 clicks, 8 click throughs and 1 conversion. this all came from a review lp i had made for the product and happened in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes. since that first wave of traffic 4 days ago now, the campaign has been completely stagnant, on the last 360 clicks i've only received 20 click throughs and no conversions at all.

to fix this problem, i cut out my middle-man landing page and direct linked the ad right to the product page hoping the consumer would no longer be turned off by my homemade page and my ctr would increase simply because there was less copy to read through, not to mention the superior design of the product's own lp.

now i've been sitting here stumped for the past few hours with no idea what to do next. i've created more pages for more offers, but fb and myads just reject every ad I submit. i'm not saying i'm quitting with the ad submission, but the review process takes a while so i have no idea whether the ad will be approved or not for hours.

now i know this was a lot to read through, but there is a point to all this:

1. if my ad did so well on its first submission, why would it suddenly drop off to nothing?
2. what can be done to increase conversion rate? (i know this is a very general question, but any loose tips or advice would help a lot)
3. if facebook and myads aren't giving me any conversions, what's left to put ads on these days?
4. is acai dead?

i appreciate your time spent reading this and i'm in dire need of your help

there's only one answer to your questions:

your first 'sample' was not large enough. you can't say it was doing 'so well' at the beginning with only 31 clicks lol. that's not a statistically significant sample. for all we know, you just got lucky, seeing as how you're not getting much traffic/conversions anymore.

keep working on your shit and optimize.

no ones going to answer #2 for you with all the resources on this website and the internet. same goes for #3.. there's a lot of different advertising platforms.

and for 4, i personally think it's too saturated for a noob (like me) to enter, but i hear its slightly rebounding and it's certainly not dead. it's just not as big as it used to be when it was booming.

good luck.

Your lander needs to be improved. Check out clicktale.com to find out what people are actually doing on your lander, then test a bunch of shit out. When you inch towards 50% ctr to offer, you're on the right track. You need to presell acai.

Try some shit for 2-3 days and 300-500 clicks.

FB has one additional component if you're running acai, but you can search for it on your own!
