Cover Letter/Job Application Lead Affiliate Offer?

Hi, does anyone know of any good lead gen affiliate offers related to the cover letter/job application niche? I'm signing up to some affiliate networks now but if anyone knows of somewhere that has a good offer I'd appreciate it.

Yahoo Hotjobs, Monster, and a bunch of niche job sites have programs at CJ.

He asked where he can find the offers, not how to promote them.
I built a whole site around a monster offer, and never got accepted.. After numerous attempts. Bummer.. Hotjobs is only paying like .40c per lead, dogshit.
 
I have an ok amount of traffic but seriously need to change from adsense on the site; I'm making about 0.03-0.05c a click! If only I can find a good offer it shouldn't be hard making more than what adsense is right now.

Is that Neverblue's deal? They pay $0.50 per job apply in CJ. I make about $20/month from their program in CJ, and I don't even have any links to it. I just promote another Yahoo product, and the cookie carries over to all Yahoo products.
