CPA Inventory anyone using it?

They said they need to ensure I don't send fraud traffic. I said just let me earn $20 first. There is a good chance that I can't even make that because I won't know they convert or not.
If I can make $20 per day, which means 2 times what I am making currently with the same traffic then we have something worthy to talk about.
Instead they're calling my reference at max bounty and wait for their response.
Guys. I know fraud is a serious issue.
But another important issue I have been facing is that most CPA network does not convert or convert very low. We know the competition. If something is good, chance is somebody already buy tons of traffic there. It's hard to find a good arbitrage.
So it saddens me that CPA network goes through lengthy verification process without allowing me to make a simple first $20.
While I am very optimistic, there is a 50% chance at least that I make less than my current sponsor. I think I'll be more exited to verify anything if I know for sure once things are verified I'll make tons.
