So, the Youtube video posted is no longer up on you tube and the thread has been taken down. I assume not enough evidence? Mods?

I must say this is gay. Seems that CPAEmpire will just pay themselves out of this issue.

Would just like to make one statment-

In his video he was comparing URLs... If CPA Empire wanted to steal the marketing method, they obviously would have another affiliate account set up to run the offer with a dedicated CD id with it, how can the ID not have a "CD" in front of it?

What MAY could of happened:
Advertiser was running it themselves (Which is not CPA Empire, because that offer is not inhouse)
Another affiliate stole the method and is running it with another network not using the DirectTrack system.

People always jump to conclusions and never "investigate" before they take action and start bashing other networks.

So why was it that he wasn't able to see the campaign in his panel, but the other publishers could? And with Scott Richter's resume of scandals and lawsuits, why wouldn't people "jump to conclusions?"

Because the network controls the server, they could have some code in there that says something like:

default id = 12345
if the incoming link does not have a CD id, assign it to the default id

if you wonder why, think about all the people who, for one reason or another, fail to properly include their id in their links. Someone's got to get credit for it.

Because you can't see the fucking offer if you are blacklisted! That's how it is with every fucking network.

Fuck, is everyone really that fucking stupid and noobish?

LOL! The whole fuckin point why he took the video down is because he didn't know the difference between blacklist and the offer going down.

I could agree with you, there are stupid fucks in this world.
