I'm working on a review site, anybody have any pointers? Only thing I know is to not make them all 5 stars, to have one (with the highest payout) the best offer to go to.

Is it too much to review 6-7 offers instead of 3-4? I'm not sure who to go with they're all offering the same service, and they're all offering the same price except for one of the offers (lowest price out of all), but my payout is 50% less than the highest paying offer. Although I'm hoping the volume will make up for this offer. Should I go with the lower payout offer?

One of the reasons I'm wanting to review all 6-7 offers so I have everybody covered, and if anybody leaves the website to go somewhere there really won't be anybody else to go to that I haven't covered. If they go somewhere else to place their order will I get credit for the sale from the cookie?

Thanks!

Just build two seperate landing pages and do a split test to see which one converts better.

I'm not sure as to whether or not you get credit for the sale if the person goes to another site.

My standard disclaimer: nothing trumps your own data.

That said, I'd start testing with 4 reviews. Then, try 3. Next, try 5. Though I understand why you want to include 6 or 7 offers, I'd recommend against doing so. Too many choices increases the chance that visitors will not take action.

Your decision regarding which offer to push shouldn't be based upon the highest payout or the lowest price. It should be based upon how well the offers convert and your end ROI for each scenario (i.e. pushing offer 1 vs. pushing offer 2).

Regarding cookies... typically the last affiliate visited gets the cookie dropped for the conversion.

If that's unclear, I apologize. I'm in a bit of a hurry.

Hope that helps.

Yeah, I should test everything only problem is that I have to pay somebody else to do the landing page and write the content. Suppose testing is going to be the only way to do this, maybe I can make some of a discount with my landing page designer for changes to the template.

Thanks
