Good luck I still haven't figured out where to submit CSS. Some people take years to figure out correct place for CSS. It's different for each niche. Post your site and I will give some CSS hints.

Dude, where do you think you are, MIT? CERN? CSS submission is way too advanced for a forum like this. I've met people that spent years studying CSS submissions, and still barely scratched the surface.

You know what they say - first learn programming, then learn marketing, then learn Hegaelian formulas - then you can start learning CSS submissions.

It's enough to make my head spin.
