We're just about ready to launch our market research site and need cash incent offers. Lot's of them! Is there one GOOD AM who can help with this and sort of broker the deals for us or do I need to join 100 more networks. If the latter, what are the top 10 best networks to join for US CASH incent offers? We want submits, ringtones, rebills, survey sites, etc.. and not just some random bingo or smiley offer.
