Ok I am brand new to facebook ads , just wondering if I have any chance of succeeding with directing visitors straight to the advertisers supplied landing page instead of creating one myself?

basically just in general, will they work for zip submits and first page submits of dating/diet etc. I know you probably need a custom lander to pre sell products that require cc etc..
First off, you're probably not going to have much success promoting something that requires the user to whip out their cc. Think about it, it's FB. Also, Facebook doesn't allow email/zip submits anymore - you can try cloaking but that can lead to getting your account banned.
As far as other offers go; dating, edu, etc. - it really all just depends on the offer. Test both ways out on multiple offers, and see what works.
