Here's my review (I ordered Package1):
Got my report two days after payment was confirmed so good turnaround time. Comments are on pages with PR4 and PR5 (as advertised) but they look like stock/template comments. They could be more relevant to the actual blog post but they'll do if you're not too fussed. Some pages are spammed but for the price of the package, you can't really complain.

Good cheap service, accommodating to added minor instructions/requests, fast delivery. Would place another order sometime next week

(I ordered the second largest package for $56)

I must say I wasn't expecting this. Most of the pages are spammed to death and only one PR5 link will actually be there for more than a week. All but one of the PR5 pages put older comments on page 2, 3, etc so this is good for a temporary PR boost but after the next PR update, your PR will lower because your link will soon be on a page with no pagerank!. If you're paying more than $1 PER LINK, it should be permanent. I've never ordered blog comments before from someone who had blogs that put comments on different pages. You're not supposed to offer commenting services on blogs like that. Had I known this I would not have purchased this service. Having your link on page 37 will do nothing because that page will have a PR of ZERO. My link is on page 1 on all comments right now, but in a week it will be on page 2, which has no pagerank! In addition, they say that the pages have low OBL. This is absolutely NOT TRUE. All of the pages I saw had at least 100 links on them, and I'm being generous when I say that. 200 is probably the lowest OBL I saw.

Bottom line: This service should have been $15 because there's only a handful of links that will actually do you any good.
