Does google Bot follow aff links?

OK,
here it comes: Dont ******eat me alive for this question.
I get a good number of clicks on my aff links however no conversion. Does copac or azoogle or any of theses networks count bots as click through clicks as well.... or am I just unlucky ???

If they're not masked, the bots should see them as exterior links and likely wouldn't follow them. I mask mine with a script on my server so they appear as internal links and might be followed. I put rel=nofollow on all my affiliate links to keep bots from following them and skewing my stats.
