You mention that the blogs have a PR ranging from 0-7. What's the range and rough PR distribution of the *pages* that will be commented on? In other words, if I order the 20,000 link package, what will the PR breakdown be of the actual pages with comments?

They are mostly on PR0 pages of blogs that are random PR 0-7 mostly more for SERPS increase than traffic
 
gasman got my package 1 order on Saturday, just got the emailed report.

He added extra comments to compensate for any unapproved or deleted comments that may occur. I spot checked them, and all sites were commented to as promised using the keywords I specified.
Quick turn around, no messing about.

Review: Package1 - 100 blog commenting back links

Package: 100 blog commenting back links.
Report came as excel spreadsheet with 150 links – 50 was complementary on top of the regular package (no PR info though) - 2 days turnaround or less
Inside the report: Number of posts –1 50 (PG3 -1, PR2 –2, PR1 –6, PR0 – 137, the rest are not existed)
I was pleasantly surprised with extra 50 post in my report. Looking through the report I found just a few blogs with PR higher then PR1, the most part is unrated or PR0 blogs. Some highly commented, some not. Comments in 95% are not following the topic or contains just general sentence like (“I admire the valuable information you offer in your articles. I will bookmark your blog and have my children check up here often. I am quite sure they will learn lots of new stuff here than anybody else!”, “This article gives the light in which we can observe the reality. this is very nice one and gives indepth information. thanks for this nice article.”, “Valuable information and excellent design you got here! I would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts and time into the stuff you post!! Thumbs up”) or some posts have just anchor text linked to the domain. But in any case you will have links with your keywords pointed to you site. Any moderation most likely remove at least half of such comment, but as I said I have been provided with plenty number of posts for little money. Work is done with good timing, has minor problems with links.
Conclusion: You will get many links from the low PR0-PR3 blogs (judging only from my report), process time is good, would be nice to see blog’s PR in report excel spreadsheet. Very reasonable price for high number of blog comments.
