Download.com clone?

Looking for a script that will essentially act like a Download.com. A directory of categorized software available for download with a backend to manage it all. Anyone know of something readily available? If not... anyone interested in custom coding this?

I don't think there is a clone, what apart do you need? If your just after the codes that alow people to upload their own software then you can get OS software and customize it.

I think that problem you have is that download.com isn't a hot site to clone. Probs needs cloning for you.
