Download manager script

Im looking for a file manager / download manager script that allows you to upload a image/thumbnail that corresponds with the file. Does anyone know any?


examples:
TSR - Sims 2 Downloads / Clothing (good example)

Counter Strike DL > CS Source Skins > M249 Para

Since every site's internal structure is different, I doubt you're going to find something like this. Your best bet is to write a scraper for a couple sites with a bunch of files.

I tend to use XOOPS quite a lot as a CMS, and their download module (best one is WP-Download) allows for images.
