OK.. I guess I have to post my question in the noob section. :D

Does anyone have good resources / guides about dropshipping?

Thanks,

As far as my experience goes, it's mostly bullshit. Dropshipping is just a way vendors fool people in getting them to promote their goods. Dropshippers don't offer wholesale prices, their prices are usually only slightly below retail. Again, this is as far as I know - if you want to buy and sell for real profit it's much better to buy wholesale from somewhere like Alibaba.

@Demon... yes, but living in Switzerland and wanting to sell in the US without either haviong to stock anything nor sell customs/international shipping....

@Lucidity... I read that, but it does not answer my questions.

Are there reliable programs to join?
Which ones?

Thanks,

Seems like it provides at least one answer to the questions you just asked:

"Drop Shipping Directories and Sources There are several directories and sources that are specifically setup for people wanting to find distributors that are willing to do drop shipping. One of the most notable is World Wide Brands. This is a nice solution. Distributors that specialize in providing drop shipping and blind drop shipping can sign up and people can find them and directly apply to promote their products through the website’s application process. They also are very good at weeding out the fake distributors through a screening process."

This will probably be the best dropshipping directory that you will find. The price is a little steep, but I feel it is well worth the price.
