If you aren't a total noob you can skip reading this since you probably already know about, use this method, or have a better way to do it.
If you are new to AM and don't have a lot of cash to spare to buy links or software to help you get links here is a great way to do this:
Now, this is only going to work if you have some type of RSS feed at your site/blog. If you are using Blogger you need to have a feedburner feed setup or it will fuck up.
Screw buying blog comment finding software because most fucking suck. All you need is Google. There is a plugin that is gaining momentum with a lot of Wordpress bloggers called CommentLuv. All this does is pulls your latest post from RSS and places it under your content.
Make sure the title of your latest post contains the anchor you want to rank for. Pull up Google and do a search for "Enable Commentluv"+ your keyword...
What this will do is find blogs that use the Commentluv plugin and that related to your content. You will want to use a Firefox plugin like SEO for FF so you can find all the do-follow blogs. Skim the post and write a decent comment so it doesn't look to spammy and get deleted.
The plugin will pull your latest post and give you a nice link with your anchor. On top of all of this you still get your normal link and anchor for your comment so you get two links out of it.
