I have an SEO site that revolves around education/employment that does maybe $40 a day from google ads. I've been researching AM for a while and want to use this site for an AM campaign... question- is education is too much for a newbie to handle. I know the CPC is pretty high and can dry up a newbie budget quick.

Yes, no? Guidance?

Thanks much.

You've already got targeted traffic - why pay for it? Try finding some education/employment CPA offers and put them up on your site. Find something that converts, then you can try throwing paid traffic at it.

Once you start running a CPA offer with your organic traffic, you should test removing adsense. That $40 is great, but that traffic is all leaving your site. You'll want them to leave using the right door (i.e. your CPA offer) so that you can direct enough traffic to the offer.

If I am reading your post correctly, that site is making over $1000 a month from free traffic and AdSense.
IMHO - Adding CPA offers may work just fine but if you want to try your hand at purchasing CPC traffic, build a new site for that traffic.

How much traffic do you get? Do you have a list? If so is it on aweber? Can you verify your open and clickthrough rates?

IF you have enough traffic I would be interested in a media buy. Please pm your stats....
