Effective solution to find Ad-words placements sites?

I don't know if I worded the title correctly.

What I'm looking for is something I can use to find potential sites for placements.

Maybe build a list of 1,000 or so sites that have any relation to {light switch covers} that use adsense.

Would be even better if you could base it off of ad types too. Just text ads, image ads, etc.

Does something like this exist?

Log into Adwords.
Click on your campaign.
Click on the 'Networks' tab.
Hit 'Show Details' on the right of 'Managed Placements'.
Select your Ad Group.
On the right of the text area where you can type in placement URL's there is a link that says 'Want Ideas? Try the placement tool'.
