Specifically in the wordpress all in one seo plugin tool.

Lets say I had a site about riding camels, and the keyword i am most targeting is "riding camels". My homepage has an article about camel riding. I know my page title on my homepage would be "riding camels" and I also have that in my keywords, but how would I use the title attribute and menu label. I assume I would not want to fill in the same keyword over and over again? Would menu label be "home"? I want to make sure I get the most out of the tool.

Well your example only works with one post.

After that you can't keep saying the same thing.

That's when you start doing things like.

Riding Camels | How often to feed a camel

Riding Camels | Training techniques

etc

Thanks wiredniko. Are you saying for every page on my site I use the same text in the title, title attribute, and menu label fields? So for a homepage:

Title: Riding Camels
Title Attribute: Riding Camels
Menu Label: Riding Camels

Then on a secondary page about feeding camels

Title: Riding Camels|How to feed a camel
Title Attribute: '' "
Menu Label: " "

And does this provide a benefit to put "Riding Camels" before the title of the secondary pages? Or should I just put " How to feed a camel" as the title since that is the true title?

Go to Shoemoney's blog...check out all the titles.

Go to Andrew Wee's blog...check out all the titles.

Go to Jonathan Volk's blog...check out the titles.

You will see exactly what I mean. I am not suggesting you read the blogs, but focus on their SEO style.
