When I look for link opportunities I see most of websites' internal pages showing PR n/a on immortal SEO Quake, similar on Scrape Box. My question is: do they represent any value or should I avoid them? Many of them got Keyword in Title, URL, have keyword related articles and often are do-follow.What actually n/a mean - clearly those pages are indexed as they show up in google results. Or is this just a software inability to get requested information? Will building links in such places with a proper anchor benefit my site anyhow? Are they better or worse than PR0 links? I see competition ranking well on some longtails with n/a or poor PR links (which is probably partly an answer for my question).

Another question - is there any sense of building links from places such as Squidoo etc. directly to long tail keyword pages?

Sorry for such a basic questions (even for a noobs section)

a link is a link.

look up parasite and piggyback on Google and always keep a random linking strategy.

And now you know. ... YO JOE!!

Toolbar PR (what you and your tools have access to) is updated infrequantly. The only value of toolbar PR seems to be in selling links to others.

If the pages are relevant (or not, depending on how much effort is involved!) go ahead and place your link.
Yes free web2.0 properties such as squidoo can be VERY helpful for ranking long tail keywords (and filtering poorer quality links).

Ultimatly do your own testing - doesnt require much effort to test ultra longtail - you can see results in no time at all.

Thanx. I keep it random, see where it will lead me to.

Gather low hanging fruit, target one low hanging fruit, rinse repeat.

Man you are a poet!

Thanx. Gonna test it of course, just wanted some encouragement :)

Thanks for answers

N/A means it didn't get PR yet, PR0 page did. Get as many link as you can, but spend part of your link building time focusing on the High PR ones (even if they are No-Follow).

This guy is correct. Low quality links are needed for volume. However, this doesn't dismiss the idea that you should try and mix in some higher authority links too. Look at some of the sites directly in your niche and see if you can find a way to get links on them. A good way to find a site you might potentially be able to link on is just to evaluate your competitors links. I have found several hobbyist sites who are more than happy to link to my sites simply because I sent them an email or filled out their contact form. Some of them are aged well and have some PR.

This is really good advice. Even better is try to get links from sites that are already ranking for your keywords. Regardless of their PR, the relevance boost you'll get from these guys is just about the most powerful juice you can get.

I'd rather have a link on an indexed page with N/A PR that had great content related to my niche, than on a PR5 site that had nothing to do with my niche.

First of all thank you guys for a tips & answers, appreciate your efforts, you helping me a lot, thanks.

That was actually what I was trying to do but get confused in process.

Just forget about PR. Don't ask any more questions about it. Disregard it. Thank me later.

Let me thank you in advance. Thank you.
