Does anyone here have an account rep or any contact info for someone I can reach at EPN?
I received an email from them 2 days ago that said I was in violation of the terms on one of my sites, and that I had 72 hours to fix it otherwise they're going to cancel my account and withhold commissions. The email said I was in violation of their terms by using their trademarks on my site (like the eBay logo) and listed a bunch of examples...the thing is, there's none of that on my site. It's been 48 hours now and I've sent them 3 emails asking them for clarification, and have not received a single response. I only have about 18 hours left now from the deadline they specified and have no clue what to do, so if anyone can hook me up with contact info for someone I could reach over there to get this settled, I'd really appreciate it.
