Facebook account paused because of credit card... their coding sucks (jk but still)

So I forgot to switch to another credit card and the one on the account could not get charged, so they paused the account. Every ad was paused and they posted up an alert to ad another credit after which ads would be resumed. I did that and it got charged. After the charge I was taken to a page that told me that my ads were not resumed but that I could resume them from the "Ad Manager" area (like you normally would pause/unpause ads). However, all my ads are paused and I only have the option to delete them (instead of resume and delete). This might be a little confusing to someone who hasnt gone through this. But if you have can you let me know what I should do?

The email also said this:

"Your account is still active, but we have suspended delivery of your ads until you update your payment information. Once we are able to process your payment successfully, we will reactivate your ads."

However, the page after a successful payment said my ads can now be resumed.

Also, does anyone else get so fucking angry when facebook asks you to login to see your funding sources and the fucking screen doesn't work? So you have to reset password.... WTF.

Anyway, anybody know the best way to contact FB ad department?
 


Their support sucks. You send an email and get an answer in 2-4 days and if you try and call them, you get an answering machine. It is horrible and I had a problem with my credit card as well. Good luck with the support, you will need it.
