Facebook - advertising question

Ok, so from what I gather, facebook wont approve an ad for an offer unless you put the name of the offer in the ad. So lets say I want to promote the amateurmatch.net offer from azoogle on facebook - facebook wont approve my ad unless I include the name of the offer in the ad, am I allowed to use amateurmatch.net in the image ad I design for facebook? I know I probably can't bid on keywords, but can I use their name?

I was already banned once and had my account reinstated (ringtones) so I am trying to avoid having that happen again. Any advice for how to go about getting my ads through the intern filter while not violating anybody's copyright?

That is just a theory. I suggest just creating and submitting a hundred or so ADs a day until you get them accepted. There is also a tool a member is selling for $200 that can have you creating and submitting hundreds of ADs in mere seconds.
 
Ok, so you can use the company's trademark in the ad? That is what I was asking. Is this a violation of TOS that might make me lose my commissions?

Read the fucking TOS yourself and figure it out. There's a damn facebook thread w/ 3,400 responses here - post in the right place!
 
Sorry about that. I have read the TOS. It wasn't clear. I will post on already established threads in the future.

BTW, I've lurked long enough not to get dickrolled.
 
FB is not going to approve amateurmatch no matter what you do with it. As far if using the trademark is against Azoogle's TOS - that's a question for your AM. I can't imagine that it would be though.
