Facebook and Prohibited content

Hi guys,

Sorry for the very newbie question, but I'm putting it in the right forum at least.

I had a quick question about Facebook - part of the group that we belong to run a survey site - Survey Central | Fill in your details for your change to win a Fiat 500

Can this be run on Facebook - looking at the advertising guidelines, it says:

• Contests and sweepstakes unless given permission by Facebook to do so; if permission is given, you are subject to Facebook's Promotions guidelines;

Is this kind of site likely to get permission? If it was, and they wanted to target affiliates that work with Facebook ads, what kind of CPA would generally be good to pay out?

As I said - just looking for some feedback and advice, not trying to advertise hense the lack of details of the Affiliate programme! They are just looking for some decent non-incentive affiliates to run it and thought Facebook would be ideal.
