So you get a link being shared around FB too much that FB users decide they don't like and they report it enough to get it killed...
Ya know, where when the link is thusly attempted to be clicked again inside of FB, FB's redirector (http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=) displays the following message instead of letting the user proceed to your link:

My question: When FB does this are they explicitly blocking the entire url? The root domain? The IP?
What if the link is an IP itself? ie: http://1.2.3.4/dietmania/acai/fishoil.html
