Facebook Greasemonkey Script -- help?

With the new UI update, this script becomes nearly useless because when you move to a new page it turns off. Anyone here decent in Javascript and want to fix this? The original creator has been unresponsive for some time. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate it!

you could also choose to "show all campaigns" on the first page, then the script works just fine

I've looked everywhere and can't find a "show all campaigns" link. Anyone know where I can find it?

Still can't find it, but Facebook informed of this earlier today. Should help.

Advertisers can now pass into the request parameter the number of ads to show on the page.

So, this shows up to 2000 per page:
Login | Facebook

And this shows only 2 per page:
Login | Facebook
