If you're wondering why I take 5 min out of each day to write down the daily spends, its so I can track day to day performance for each campaign. Each one of those sites you've listed gives you your daily spend. It's not hard and worth the extra 5 min.

Accountants are great. I'm all for them, but it helps them do their job faster (and costs you less) if you have all your data to begin with.

In which case you would have to double or triple the number of stats you need to keep track of. Been there, done that. I was tracking things daily for a good 6-8 months or so. Not only did it take out time that could have been spent working, but as with anything, there are up and downs, and tracking it daily didn't help my mood if there was a bad day.

Once I stopped doing it productivity and profit sky rocketed. But hey, if it works for you and helps you make more money, go for it.
 


best bet is download your transacations into quicken or quickbooks from all of your accounts on an on going basis. Then you have it all dialed at the end of the year. Only takes 5 mins once a month to download and makes your life 100 times easier :D
 
Ya I got friends who use quickbooks and they say it makes life much easier...Just dont slack on entering your data.
