fake news template

researching offers in media buying and I'm seeing a large amount of the fake news style landing pages being used.

I contacted my rep at the networks i'm gonna run on to see if they were legal to use because people have told me they are cracking down on those types of landing pages and the rep said they had no problem with them.

Does anyone know where I can get some template for these fake news templates?

Any body have any tips for using them
