So here's the deal:
About a month and a half ago, my FB account was awesome - 9 out of 10 ads would be approved in under 30 mins - I think it was even automatic. (I had run super white hat everything for a long time)
Then...my bank fucked up a transfer and bounced a $2500 payment. As soon as that happened, they sent a reviewer in, and I got busted running a dating ad with an image they did NOT approve of. Ad was disapproved, and I got the "stop running dirty ads" email.
Like a dumbass, I took some bad advice and resubmitted the ad (a couple times).
Now they're pissed and not only is review process taking over 24 hrs, but I can't get SHIT approved. NOTHING. Promoting auto insurance with a pic of a smart car? "Image inappropriate." (10 times - wtf?) Promoting a FB app? "Not acceptable." Mobile Quiz specifically tailored to be FB compliant? "Bend over"
SO - my question is, what's the best way to fix this?
I figure I have 2 options:
1) Create a new account.
If I go this route, how thorough do I need to be? Do I really need to get a new IP and new credit card #? And if I do do that, does that mean no logging in with my original account on the new IP?
2) Try to get in touch with an FB rep and smooth things over
Would this even work? Is it worth the effort and the self-effacement? I've heard someone mention "PVA" accounts - I guess these are phone verified. Would things like this - attempting to "build a relationship" help me not get shafted, or is it all a waste of time?
I know FB isn't the only traffic source, but it is a big one, and easy to profit off (when they're not being twats) and I'd like to keep access to it (I'd even be willing to play by the rules ;p).
What would you do?
For your trouble, here are some tits:
Thanks.
