FBML Software

I understand this software is needed to build and complete a customized Facebook fan page.
Is anyone able to recommend some good free software that can be used with Windows 7 to enable me to complete my facebook fan page?

Not true. You can use iframes for fan pages.

FBML is just HTML with some special FB codes thrown in if you need them. Most of the HTML you take off of a regular page you can just dump into an FBML tab and it will work as is.
