Finding Full RSS Feeds

I know in Google you can search for RSS feeds like this:
"filetype:rss keyword"

But is there a way to find full RSS feeds? Or another search engine that can do this if Google cannot?

Compared to a 1 sentence syndicated RSS Feed:
CNN.com

Ive searched for the same thing but to no avail... my best technique was always to digg in and find the good ones that offer a full rss. But alas these days I shy away from flogging. Good Luck though.
