Finding sub affiliates?

As sub affiliates?
Do you mean like, you are an affiliate for network XYZ, and you want people to sing up through you so you can make money through them?
If that is what you mean then the best way to do it would be through a blog about affiliate marketing.
Having said that, if you are a total newbie concentrate on figuring out how to make it work for you. If you cannot teach others what you know, how are they going to make money?
