Forming a Copr/LLC?

Hey guys,

So i am running adsense/arbi sites(sites are duped of each other) and have 3 people in the project each taking their equal share. Also, all the incomes are spreaded across 3 PERSONAL adsense accounts. So here is the dilemma I am having:

- if we do form a company, should we ditch all 3 personal adsense accounts and just use the company's ID to create new adsense account?

- if so, by having duped sites, would that be a problem? Currently we run duped sites under different SSNs.

If you're making enough money, then each of you should form your own LLC. It is not a problem to do so, and then trading money between each other becomes much easier as this becomes business partnerships. This would also avoid running duplicates sites with only 1 adsense account. Really, since you're using adsense, you should try to keep as much of your information as separate as possible, so that your eggs are not all in one basket.

I wouldn't be messing with dupe content anyway. Once Goog catches you, all 3 of you will be banned...Seriously, I'd spend that time on one well written, well developed idea, and make infinitely more cash.
