Does anyone use frames to create there pages?

I am thinking of something along the lines of this. Let me know if you all think this is a good idea. I want a main page that lets click on a menu off to More Info and Request Info. The page will have two frames. Right and Left. The left one will have the menu and then some affiliate and adsense below. The right frame will change the text in regards to what button is pressed.

So since the left frame is not updating my conversions should be better and more correct.

Am I right in this assumptions or should I get rid of the frames all together?

If you have adsense then you'll have the same ads for all your pages, so less clickthrough (unless you also have adsense on the right frame). But yeah, I wouldn't bother with frames unless it's essential to your website design.
