Thanks, but not worth it IMO - using either is gonna increase your chances of a manual review drastically.

Being a new customer and using a promo code will put your account under review for a while before you see any impressions, and as for existing customers you're gonna increase odds of your LPs getting slapped (with G being so damn picky of what they allow these days).

Do I actually have to install their conversion tracking for this to work?

Here are the terms I received via email after entering my info. You do in fact need to install the tracking...

2. Successfully install AdWords Conversion Tracking by February 15, 2011. Advertisers already using AdWords Conversion Tracking will be eligible, as long as they still have Conversion Tracking installed on February 15, 2011.
3. Spend US $100, or CAD $100 for advertisers with a Canadian billing address, on Google AdWords between December 15, 2010 and Feburary 15, 2010.
