Full RSS Feeds

I know in Google you can search for RSS feeds like this:
"filetype:rss keyword"

But is there a way to find full RSS feeds?

I am finding some feeds that are just the first sentence of each RSS entry like this:
CNN.com

And this has something to do with CNN's syndication settings, right?
Is there not any way to still get the full feed without clicking the title to be directed to the site?
Hope this makes sense, please lemme know if there is a solution.

No.

An RSS feed requires that description text go in the <description> tag, but there's no requirement that it contain the entire post/article/page, or anything for that matter.

It's completely up to the site whether to put a snippet or the whole article.
