Getaway Scripting for adult site

I am working on my first adult site and really need to know how to do a getaway script or at least that is what I think they are called. For example when you leave a page and before it lets you leave it pops up a window that says "Are you sure you want to leave?" and then if you click yes it can pop up another box that says "Are you really really sure you want to leave this wonderful site?" and then after clicking yes it finally lets you leave.

I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to do this or point me to some kind of tutorial or the right place to find it.

I'm not an expert on all of the options out there, but you can do this with javascript and about 5 lines of code.
